CNC Asset Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, you should immediately detail your complaint to us in writing. We will respond within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint detailing how we will handle the matter and who is dealing the matter.
We will detail our response to your complaint within 8 weeks of receipt of your original complaint letter.
If you remain dissatisfied with our decision you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at the following address:

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your policy, please follow the complaint procedure as detailed in the policy wording which you were sent at the beginning of the policy term.
The above procedure will not prejudice your rights to take legal proceedings.
