What you must do

Under the conditions of the Extended Warranty you must ensure that throughout the ownership of the Machinery or Plant or Equipment that there are preventative maintenance procedures in place as agreed with the Manufacturer or Machinery Supplier.

You must ensure that only trained operators use the machine.

You must ensure that the Machine is properly maintained in accordance with the recommended servicing procedure at intervals prescribed by the Manufacturer in the Machine's operating manual. Only authentic manufacturer's parts or after market parts can be used on the machine.

You must notify the Machinery Supplier immediately of any defect or damage likely to give rise to a claim and stop using the Machine.

Failure to submit a claims form within 30 days of the breakdown may result in your claim being denied.

You must take precautions to prevent further damage to the Machine following the breakdown.

You must retain broken parts for a minimum of 90 days and, if asked, send them for inspection as directed.
