How to make a Claim

This area is for the specific use of Extended Warranty Customers who have bought warranty through Leasing Companies and have a claim.

In the event of a claim send:

• completed claim form (download from this web site, completed, faxed or posted),
• a copy of the Engineers Service report
• the invoice, and
• where appropriate digital photographs to support the claim

Failure to submit a Claim Form within 30 days of loss may result in your claim being denied and for repairs carried out by CNC Machine Tools, you will have to bear those costs yourself.
Parts MUST be kept for a minimum of 90 days.

How to submit a claim

• Download, complete and post the PDF Claim Form.

Please Note:

• Payments on agreed claims will be made via your Leasing company.
• You are liable for the deductible, as detailed in your Certificate.
